What is the Lamplight Letters?
The Lamplight Letters are a unique faith-based experience that brings Scripture and history to life through a series of beautifully crafted letters sent straight to your mailbox. Each collection follows a fictional believer living in biblical times—such as Quintus or Elias—as they wrestle with faith, doubt, and transformation in the light of God’s Word.

What do I receive with my subscription?
Every month, you’ll receive two letters written on vintage-style paper, accompanied by thoughtfully designed cards that include Scripture reflections, prayers, and faith challenges. Together, they invite you to slow down, read by lamplight, and rediscover the timeless truths of Jesus through the eyes of those whose lives were changed by Him.
We also have an online community that subscribers can join to share life together, request and offer prayer and more.
In time, we also want to create videos that we can use to bring more people to Christ while also encouraging the saints.
Does my subscription automatically renew at the end of my letter series?
No, once your subscription has come to an end, it does not renew. But you are free to choose another letter set should you want to continue with Lamplight Letters.
Are your letters family-friendly?
Absolutely! Our letters are designed for people of all ages! They are great for individuals, groups, homeschool and more. They focus on a relationship with Jesus Christ which is something we all need.
What is the difference between monthly and pre-paid subscription?
With a monthly subscription, you’re billed automatically each month for $12.49 USD, and you’ll receive two Lamplight Letters in your mailbox every month.
A pre-paid subscription lets you pay in advance for several months at once. This option is perfect if you’d like to give The Lamplight Letters as a gift or simply prefer the convenience of paying once and receiving your letters without monthly charges.
Either way, your journey through Scripture and story continues seamlessly — drawing you closer to Christ, one letter at a time.

How do I order for multiple recipients at different addresses?
To send gifts to multiple recipients, you will need to place a separate order for each recipient.

Visit our website and choose a prepaid or monthly letter series, then add it to your cart.
Shipping
• Enter your recipient’s shipping address so their letters will be sent directly to them.
• For multiple recipients at different addresses, complete the order for the first recipient, then place a new order for each additional recipient.
Billing
Enter your own billing information. All billing details will be sent to the email you provide.
Complete Your Order
After each order is completed, check your email for the order confirmations.
Repeat process for each recipient.
When will I receive my order?
Letters
The first letter for all new subscribers gets mailed out in 1-3 business days. Subsequent letters are generally mailed on the second and fourth Friday of every month with a few exceptions due to holidays. Please allow 12-14 days for USA delivery and 4-6 weeks for international.
Once you receive your second letter, typically your letter series deliveries are then normalized to our mailing timeframe and should arrive quite regularly every two weeks.
If you do not receive your products within these time frames, please contact support@lamplightletters.com with the following information and an agent will respond within 1-3 business days.

- Letter Series and missing letter
- Address

How do I return an order and receive a refund?
Please note our Refund Policy and reach out to support@lamplightletters.com with any questions.
My letter or product hasn't arrived.
We use Canada Post and USPS for mailing letters and products. Please allow a minimum of 15 business days from shipping date (refer to Mailing Dates for letters) within the US and Canada.
If you have not received your product by those dates we will resend a replacement at no charge to you, as the fault was due to loss because of Lamplight Letters or the mailing service.
If a letter is lost or returned to us due to an inaccurate address provided, these letters can be resent at a charge of $6 US.
We rely on timely information provided by our beloved customers to ensure the correct mailing addresses so that letters are deliverable to the correct person. Please provide an accurate and deliverable address when checking out, and promptly update your mailing address with us if it changes during the mailing period by sending an e-mail to support@lamplightletters.com.
Notifying the post office changes your mailing address with the post office but not with us. After a period of time, they will not forward your mail. If letters are missing due to not notifying us in a timely manner, we can resend one letter at no cost.
If you need help with a missing letter or product, please e-mail us at support@lamplightletters.com with the following information:
- Order # or e-mail address that you ordered from
- Recipient Name
- Letter Series and letter number that is missing or product name
- Address to send the replacement letter
Please allow us up to 5 business days to look into the matter with the mail service and respond.
