Mailing Dates
We mail using the USPS and Canada Post mail systems. Your first letter ships in 3 business days via Canada Post. If you are located in the US, it is then handed over to USPS. Estimated delivery time in the USA is between 10 and 16 business days, depending on where you live. Estimated delivery time within Canada is 10 to 14 business days.
After that, remaining letters are mailed on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month. Getting started with a new subscription is where most of the delays can happen as you get normalized to our mailing dates.
Once you have received your second letter, you are normalized to the mailing dates and will expect to receive the letters every 2 weeks. This does depend on weather, holidays and the USPS and Canada Post mail systems, but when everything is working as it should, this is a reasonable expectation.
